چکیده

As a result of increasingly rigorous environmental legislation and industry adoption waste minimization recommendations, the development recycling reuse possibilities for metal-related trash has become important.Inthis research, calcium oxide mixture calcium, iron, magnesium oxides was extracted from wastes cement factories using hydrofluoric acid. result, this research provides comprehensive picture recycling, throughout extraction it examines current state potential developments in mineral metal reusing them different applications, among these is used CaO CaO:MgO:Fe2O3 NPs medical including uterine cancer. Characterizations nano-products were done (XRD) which confirmed crystalline nature NPs. More, (FESEM) been to demonstrate morphology nanostructures The data yielded average grain size calculated by SEM XRD (64.08, 84.2) nm (38.636, 31.597) respectively. (EDS) spectrum pattern suggested that prepared mixed highly pure. In addition, ability as promising anticancer agent tested against MES-SA cells line, according MTT assay results IC50 (91.65 98.4) μg/mL showed nanoparticles served an agent.

Anti-proliferative and cytotoxic activity of rosuvastatin against melanoma cells

INTRODUCTION Statins are considered potential candidate agents for melanoma chemoprevention. Statin-induced mevalonate pathway inhibition leads to reduction of cholesterol synthesis and also to decreased cellular levels of non-steroidal isoprenoids, geranylgeranyl pyrophosphate and farnesyl pyrophosphate. This results in the impairment of protein prenylation which affects carcinogenesis. AIM ...
